MUSIC IS OUR LIFE! Andrew Gininda The Spharaphara music crew Loxion Spharaphara is a group of young boys from Tsakane extension 13. They were born and grew up in the township. They met from the township and they decide to come up with the group and start making music. “We stated Loxion Spharaphara (their group) in 2008, there were three of us when we started the group and they asked me to come up with a name we will use so I came up with Loxion Spharaphara and they loved it,” said Mamfengu who is one of the group members. Mamfengu said they (him and the group) were motivated by listening to popular hip hop musicians and they decided that they can also do what those artists do and that’s when they came together and come up with the group.
