Official Opening of Sinenhlanhla Primary School The Gauteng Provincial Government officially opened the newly constructed Sinenhlanhla Primary School on Monday, 29 May 2017. This is the 49 th school since 2014 to be opened. It is expected that the school will provide access to quality education closer to where the people reside. Further it will help change the profile of schools in the township. Sinenhlanhla Primary School is located in the Northern Development Corridor of Gauteng Region and the facility will cater for 1 200 children from Grade R to Grade 7. The school is a modern information technology enabled and falls in the mega school category. The murder case of Themba Ndlozi, a taxi driver who is charged with a double murder of two young residents of Kwathema has been postponed to the 26 June 2017 earlier rhis morning by the Springs Magistrate court. Members of the community in support the deseased and their families outside the court. The victims, Miss Refiloe Mashime and her male friend Mr Thuto Thekoe were shot and killed in the early hours of 14 April 2017, (Good Friday). This was the suspect's second appearance at the Springs Magistrate Court and is currently out on a R5000 bail.
