MAN SENTENCED TO LIFE IMPRISONMENT FOR RAPE A group of minors girls were playing outside at Kgaswane street next to an open veld on 25 October 2015 at Kwa Thema. It is said that an old man, Joseph Mokoena, 57 years old approach the children and grab one of them and drag her to nearby open veld and raped her. The other children rushed to the nearby house to report the matter. The community immediately gather together and startet to search. The old man was busted right handed busy raping the child. AIC not pulling out of coalition with ANC Johannesburg - The African Independent Congress (AIC) says there are no plans to pull out of a coalition with the African National Congress, as long as the ruling party delivers on its promise and starts the process to reincorporate Matatiele into KwaZulu-Natal. Rumours of an impending withdrawal from the coalition by the AIC have been doing the rounds on social media, with some people claiming the president of the small political par ty, Mandla Galo, would make an announcement on Tuesday.
